 So, we will place our money where our mouth is. If you don't like it, we'll buy it back. This way you get to make sure that this Board is the one.

We've all been there. Try a new board from your local store….take it out….see how it goes. URGGGH!! if it just doesn't go like you imagined and dreamed, then usually its either the wrong size or maybe you got the wrong shape for what you were planning on doing with it or your current fitness level.

The unfortunate thing in traditional store rules is that once you take it out and ride it, well then, tough it... it's yours bro...see ya later….thanks for coming.

This leaves you with a board that either sits in your shed or you're forced to try and unload it on Trademe. Either way it's annoying pain in the **** (you know what) and a hassle. Fortunately, here at Coastlines we believe that you should be stoked on your new board and enjoy the waters and your environment or we don't want you to keep it.

Although we can't guarantee that buying a board from us will instantly make you a pro, we can guarantee you'll LOVE the board you get from us OR we'll buy it back from you (Conditions Apply).

Here's how it works.

Buy any Molokai Stand Up Paddle Board off our on-line shops (Website, Trademe, Facebook Shop etc) or in Store and ride it for up to 14 days. If during those 14 days it's not the perfect board for you, all you need to do is clean it right up, scrape the wax off, package it like it was when you got it, get it back to us, and we will give you full retail credit towards any other board in our Store and warehouse.

You will have 14 days from the date of purchase or shipping/pickup to take your new board out and see how it performs. If during those 14 days you decide it’s not the right board here's what you need to do:

  1. Call us before the 14 days are up - Tell us why that's not the right board for you. This is really important.
  2. Make sure there is zero damage to the board - The board must be in “like new” condition with wax removed (pressure dents from feet are ok). If the board is punctured in any way it’s void.
  3. Get the board back to our Store - If you're local, all you will need to do is set up an appointment and bring it back to the store for inspection. If you're not, you will need to box it back up by ensuring it is packed as well as when it arrived and send it back to us for inspection
  4. We will call you to discuss options
  5. Pick a new board out –Once we have the board back at the store you can pick out a new one. Kindly note our commitment is to get you a new board - so sorry, there will be no cash refunds. Any excess credit can be utilized towards other merchandise we sell.

Exceptions and limitations -

  1. If the board is structurally damaged in any way, the guarantee is void.
  2. This is NOT a money back guarantee, however, credit can be used for any other merchandise Coastlines sells
  3. 14 day guarantee does not apply to the second board in which the second board was a replacement fulfilling the 14 day guarantee
  4. Return and replacement shipping of the boards and any resulting damage is the customers responsibility.
  5. Credit amount will be the total paid at time of purchase less any accessories and applicable shipping
  6. Only applies to stock of Coastlines’ Molokai Stand Up Paddle Boards.

Tip: How the pricing works, is our base price is to Auckland and then it is simply $10 for North Island and $20 For South Island. The area fee is one time only per cart!=) This is great as it means you only pay the base rate on your 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th..item!!

Example 1:

1 x Skateboard to Christchurch = $25

2 x Skateboards to Christchurch = $30    ($5 + $5 + $20 ) 

Example 2:

1 x 6'0" Softboard to Wellington =  $19

1 x 6'0" Softboard, 1 X Cover, 1 X Tie Down to Wellington = $19

Delivery Time/ Process

Please also note, to save delivery costs for customers, all Surfboards, Soft Boards, Kayaks and Paddle Boards over 6'0" going outside Auckland Region, will be sent to your closest Mainfrieght Depot for pick up by default.

All other products will be shipped directly to your home address. 

If home delivery is required for a product above 6'0" this can be arranged for an extra fee. Just call us to organise before purchase.

All boards are wrapped, boxed and protected with the utmost care. Coastlines is not accountable for any damage caused during transit. If you receive an item with damage we can help process the claim with the freight company.
